About the Role

West Avenue Realty is looking for an experienced Accounts Head to lead our Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in real estate accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations for real estate projects.
Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and management reports.
Handle project accounting, budgeting, cost control, and revenue recognition.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, receivables, and financial controls.
Lead and mentor the Accounts team while driving process improvements.





Qualifications
MBA (Finance), M.Com, or CA Inter preferred.
8–12 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
Experience in financial reporting, MIS, project accounting, and audits.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books/QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
