Manage and supervise daily floor and sales activities.
Verify and monitor stock inflow and outflow and maintain accurate records.
Manage, motivate, and guide sales staff to achieve targets.
Train and improve staff skills in product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.
Ensure excellent customer service and maximum customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Monitor staff performance and improve productivity through regular coaching.
Encourage upselling and cross-selling to increase sales.
Ensure proper product display, floor arrangement, and stock availability.
Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, billing, and management teams.
Monitor daily sales and stock movement and report discrepancies to management.
Take necessary actions to improve sales, staff performance, and overall store operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
