Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Officer to join our team. The role involves working directly with farmers and dealers to promote, install, and support drip irrigation systems. This is a field-based role with a focus on relationship building, technical support, and sales coordination.

Responsibilities
Visit farms and interact with farmers to promote drip irrigation systems
Supervise system installations and coordinate with technical teams
Provide after-sales service and support
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and local contacts
Conduct field demonstrations and participate in awareness programs
Generate leads and maintain follow-up records
Prepare basic reports on daily activities and progress

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
1–3 years of field experience (preferred)
Freshers with strong interest in agriculture are encouraged to apply
Good communication skills in Tamil (English is a plus)
Driving License with a valid license (mandatory)




Willingness to travel extensively in assigned areas
