ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Executive to lead our international client Accounts & Compliance Division — primarily for the UK, USA, Hong Kong, Europe and Dubai, including SMEs and Corporates. This is a client-facing role based in our Dehradun HQ and offers significant exposure to global markets, financial operations, and leadership responsibilities within a quick-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :
Perform accurate Data Entry of financial transactions and maintain organized records.
Maintain Bookkeeping records in accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and process Invoices, ensuring timely billing and proper documentation.
Update and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) records.
Prepare and share AR/AP Reports, including outstanding receivables, payables, and reconciliation status.




Ensure timely recording, verification, and maintenance of financial data in compliance with company procedures.
Coordinate with the team for routine accounting, compliance, and reporting activities.
Follow defined processes, timelines, and instructions provided by seniors/managers for assigned tasks.
Conduct basic research on accounting, taxation, and project-related requirements as assigned.
Collaborate with team members, seniors, and managers to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
Understand assigned work, maintain accuracy, and contribute effectively in a team environment

WORKING HOURSMonday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹10,001.00 per month
