It aims to nurture resilience, self-confidence, creativity and a love of learning in a child’s formative year so that there is little need to escape into harmful substances and behaviours in later years.

Role: We are looking for volunteers with experience in teaching or working with pre-school children to enhance the educational and support services already provided by the preschool. Work with the principal and teachers to support children’s social, emotional, physical, creative and cognitive development Assist teachers to understand and respond to developmental delays in students Enhance parents’ knowledge and skills to raise children in healthy ways Develop training programs for teachers encouraging play-based, activity-based, theme-based, exploratory-based and problem-based learning approaches through drama, music, dance, painting, language, maths and science
