Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Doctor Coordinator to manage end-to-end doctor coordination, including scheduling, onboarding, credential management, communication, and operational support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be capable of coordinating with doctors across multiple specialties, and ensure seamless day-to-day medical operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with doctors regarding OPD schedules, duty rosters, appointments, and availability.
Manage doctor onboarding, documentation, credential verification, and joining formalities.
Act as the primary point of contact between doctors, hospital management, and other departments.
Ensure timely communication regarding shift changes, emergency duties, leave requests, and roster updates.
Maintain updated records of doctor licenses, registrations, certifications, and renewal dates.
Follow up with consultants regarding documentation, agreements, attendance,



and compliance requirements.
Handle doctor grievances and ensure timely resolution in coordination with management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to doctor availability.
Support hospital management during audits, inspections, and accreditation activities.
Ensure confidentiality of doctor records and compliance with hospital policies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
1–4 years of experience in hospital coordination, medical staffing, HR, or healthcare operations.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
