Role Description The Fashion Consultant is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru at The White Crow (soon to be AJIO LUXE). In this role, you will assist customers with personalized styling and product recommendations, deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience,



and support sales through effective customer engagement and cross-selling.

You will also help maintain visual merchandising standards, store presentation, and stay updated on current fashion trends while working closely with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Passion for fashion, styling, and luxury retail

Ability to build customer relationships and support sales targets

Good interpersonal skills and qualified grooming

Prior experience in fashion retail or styling is preferred, but not mandatory

Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and peak shopping hours
