Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team and drive online growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing campaigns across multiple platforms, leading a team, and achieving business objectives through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Manage social media strategy, content planning, and brand visibility.
Monitor website performance and improve user engagement and conversion rates.
Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Manage digital marketing budgets and maximise return on investment (ROI).
Coordinate with the design, content, sales, and business development teams.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify recent growth opportunities.




Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for management.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements
Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar managerial role.
Proven experience in managing and leading a digital marketing team.
Robust knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.
Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing certifications.
Robust understanding of branding, lead generation, and performance marketing.
Creative thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
