Job Title: Floor Manager

Job Location: Ranchi (Relocate to Ranchi is must needed)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Floor Manager to oversee daily computer-based operations on the work floor. The role involves managing system activities, collecting and maintaining system-related information, handling Google Voice and Remote Desktop (RDP) logins, and performing basic Microsoft Excel tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day floor operations and ensure all computer systems are functioning efficiently.
Monitor employees system usage and provide basic operational support when required.
Collect, verify, and maintain system numbers and operational records accurately.
Create, manage, and troubleshoot Google Voice accounts and ensure proper login access.
Handle Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) logins and assist users with remote system access.
Maintain login credentials securely and coordinate with the IT team for access-related issues.




Update daily operational reports using Microsoft Excel (basic data entry, formatting, maintaining records, and straightforward reporting).
Track system activities and maintain accurate documentation of operational processes.
Ensure workstations are organized and ready for daily operations.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve system-related issues promptly.
Follow company processes, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.

Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Basic English reading and understanding skills.
Positive typing skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in the US Shift.
