Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through field activities, referrals, job portals, and local networks. (Field Work)
Conduct walk-in drives and recruitment camps.
Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with operations managers to understand hiring requirements.
Assist candidates with documentation and onboarding.
Track daily hiring numbers and maintain recruitment reports.
Build relationships with local colleges, NGOs, training institutes, and placement agencies.
Ensure hiring targets are achieved within timelines.
