Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full time in office role based in Nashik. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that promote Bharat Handcrafts’ products and brand story across online channels. Daily tasks include managing social media platforms, developing content calendars, coordinating paid and organic campaigns, and driving lead generation through targeted initiatives.

The Digital Marketing

Manager will monitor web analytics, track campaign performance, and provide insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion. Collaboration with creative, merchandising, and artisan liaison teams is expected to ensure cohesive brand messaging, consistent customer experiences, and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications




Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience planning and managing multi-channel campaigns.
Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including content planning, audience engagement, and platform-specific optimization.
Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, using digital tools and strategies to build and nurture a qualified customer base.
Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in e-commerce or retail, familiarity with SEO/SEM, and knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Nashik.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
