Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Email Marketing Executive to plan, create, and execute high-performing email campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience with email marketing platforms, campaign optimization, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute bulk email marketing campaigns.
Create engaging email copy and responsive email templates.
Manage contact lists and audience segmentation.
Monitor email deliverability, open rates, CTR, and conversions.
Perform A/B testing on subject lines and email content.
Maintain email list hygiene and remove inactive contacts.
Coordinate with the design and content teams for campaign assets.
Generate campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and anti-spam regulations.

Required Skills




Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Brevo, MailerLite, etc.).
Knowledge of email deliverability, domain warm-up, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Basic HTML/CSS for email templates is an advantage.
Strong written English communication skills.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Email Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Freshers with relevant certifications and practical knowledge are welcome to apply.
