FK Media & Productions is a fast-growing media and production company specializing in branding, digital campaigns, video production, advertising, and creative content solutions. We are expanding our operations in Mumbai and are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful digital strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement result-oriented digital marketing strategies.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.).
Manage social media platforms and ensure consistent brand growth and engagement.
Lead SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
Generate quality leads and achieve monthly/quarterly performance targets.
Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and other tools; prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and video editors for campaign execution.
Monitor competitor strategies and stay updated with industry trends.
Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,



Business Administration, Media, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in media/advertising/agency setup).
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and analytics tools.
Proven track record in lead generation and campaign optimization.
Excellent analytical, communication, and team coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience handling Mumbai-based clients and local market campaigns.
Understanding of influencer marketing and performance marketing strategies.
Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress or similar CMS).
