Conduct environmental and social screening.
Prepare/review ESIA, ESMP and safeguard documents.
Support environmental regulatory compliance.
Advise on land acquisition and resettlement issues.
Mainstream gender equality and social inclusion.
Undertake environmental and social risk assessments.
Develop mitigation and monitoring plans. • Conduct field inspections and safeguard audits.
Build safeguard capacity within implementing agencies. • Coordinate with regulators and stakeholders.
Prepare safeguard reports and disclosure documents.
Monitor implementation of mitigation measures.
Address grievance redress mechanisms.
Document lessons learned and best practices.
Support project reviews and due diligence.
Skills and Abilities: Master's in Environmental Engineering/Environmental Science/Ecology/Social Development/Environmental Management or related.
Preferred: ESIA/ESG certifications.
8–15 years in environmental and social safeguards, ESIA, ESG or infrastructure advisory.
