Job Responsibilities

CCTV Technician Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related security equipment.
Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of surveillance systems.
Diagnose and repair faults in CCTV hardware, cabling, and power supplies.
Ensure proper camera positioning, focus, and network connectivity for optimal performance.
Configure remote monitoring, storage solutions, and mobile viewing applications.
Maintain documentation of installations, service reports, and system upgrades.
Provide technical support and training to clients on CCTV system usage.

Computer Technician Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including OS and driver problems.
Perform regular system updates, virus scans, and system backups.




Handle installation and configuration of networking devices (routers, switches, Wi-Fi).
Ensure proper cabling, connectivity, and system security.
Assist with data recovery, software installation, and preventive maintenance.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and prepare service/repair reports.

General Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to service requests and provide on-site/remote support.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues with minimum downtime.
Maintain customer satisfaction through skilled communication and service.
Stay updated with the latest CCTV and IT hardware/software technologies.
Follow safety protocols and company policies during fieldwork.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹9,253.87 - ₹18,000.00 per month
