About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, dependable Executive Assistant to work directly with the Director. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role for someone who thrives on structure, pace, and execution.

What You'll Do

Own the Director's calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities

Coordinate meetings with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders

Manage skilled communications: emails, follow-ups, and correspondence

Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across ongoing projects

Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, reports, and key documentation





Handle travel planning, logistics, and itineraries

Support special projects, launches, and time-sensitive assignments

Handle sensitive matters and confidential information with complete discretion

What We're Looking For

2 to 5 years supporting senior leadership or in a Founder's / Director's Office

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Sharp organisational skills with robust attention to detail

Comfortable with ambiguity; able to make independent, sound judgements

Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure

Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
