Role & responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
Install, configure and troubleshoot windows OS, Microsoft 365, outlook, teams and business applications.
Manage Active directory, user accounts, DNS, DHCP, Group policy and exchange online.
Monitor windows servers, backups, system health, and infrastructure performances
Handle ITSM tickets, resolve incidents within SLA and perform root cause analysis.
Support LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-fi, and basic network troubleshooting.
Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation and coordinate with vendors.
