Position Finance Controller

Location: Tanzania

Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial accounting, reporting, and month-end/year-end closures.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and audit requirements.
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital.
Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.
Provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
Lead and develop the finance and accounts team.

Requirements:
Qualified CA with 10 15 years of experience.
Robust experience in printing and stationery manufacturing.
Expertise in financial reporting, costing, budgeting, taxation, and audits.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
Solid leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
