Role Description: · Develop manuscripts from scratch, including concept and content
· Copyedit and proofread manuscripts for language, grammar, and age-appropriateness
· Liaise with authors and illustrators on revisions and deadlines
· Coordinate with the design department for layouts and print-readiness
· Assist with manuscript acquisition and evaluation
· Other editorial tasks as required Qualifications: Graduate in English Literature, or related field
1–2 years of editing/publishing experience
Solid command of English grammar and style
Interest in children’s literature
Willingness to think out of the box, experiment, and grow
Proficiency with common editorial and document tools (e.g., MS Word, PDF markup, style guides)
