Drive monthly analysis of Overheads for operational efficiencies and control over exceptional costs
Maintain, review and Monitor Capex budget and Capex Spends for the Business
Partnering with Plant teams on WCM & Commercial activities,
Digitization projects for process and productivity improvements
Laise with FSSC and other functions for improved efficiency in Payables,
Drive Digital projects in Plant Finance
Drive Working capital optimization
Support plant leadership in decision-making through actionable financial insights.
Drive, review and monitor Fiscal incentive related activities
Identify cost optimization prospects across manufacturing operations.
Establish common reporting structures and performance dashboards across plants.
Monthly Balance Sheet Review in Black Line
Monthly AP and AR reviews
Statutory audits and Group audits
Fixed Asset management
Ensure compliance with corporate Internal Control standards - ICRF
Conduct periodic control reviews and risk assessments.
