Role & responsibilities
Manage daily dormitory operations including room allocation, occupancy records, and check-in/check-out procedures
Serve as primary liaison with SIPCOT on tenancy compliance, maintenance escalations, facility handover, and lease coordination
Lead dormitory team (service attendants, fire safety technicians, support staff); manage shift rosters and performance
Coordinate with Civil & Facility Maintenance team on daily repair needs; raise work orders, track progress, and conduct acceptance checks
Oversee in-dormitory commercial and welfare facilities (snack shop, beauty salon, tailor shop, OHC); manage vendor operations, service quality, and concession compliance
Coordinate with Security team on access control, visitor management, patrol arrangements, and incident escalation
Conduct regular asset and consumable inventory across all blocks; initiate procurement requisitions to maintain adequate stock levels
Monitor dormitory budgets; track utility,



vendor, and procurement expenditure; submit regular reports
Coordinate with EHS and fire safety personnel on compliance, emergency readiness, and drill execution
Liaise with HR and BU representatives on allocation priorities and resident movement; prepare periodic operations reports

Preferred candidate profile Responsible for overall operations, resident services, and facility management of the campus dormitory complex (FHH + Government Dormitory, 19 blocks total). The role oversees a multi-functional dormitory team, manages SIPCOT landlord relations, supervises in-dormitory commercial facilities, and ensures consistent service standards and compliance across all zones.
