Role & responsibilities
Ensure smooth hospital operations during the night shift by coordinating all clinical and support departments.
Monitor patient care, handle patient/attendant concerns, and ensure timely resolution of operational and emergency issues.
Conduct regular hospital rounds to ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control, NABH standards, and operational readiness.
Prepare and submit the Night MOD report, highlighting incidents, manpower issues, critical events, and key operational updates for effective shift handover.
Preferred candidate profile Experience - 2+ years in same profile.
