Founder's Associate Intern

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office + On-ground when required)

At SoundSync, we're building a platform and community for musicians while helping venues, corporates, and organisers discover and book live artists.

We're looking for a Founder's Associate Intern who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and working across different aspects of an early-stage startup. You'll work directly with the founder and gain hands-on exposure to business development, marketing, operations, partnerships, and product execution.

Responsibilities
Support the founder in day-to-day business operations
Assist with corporate, venue, and partnership outreach
Make calls and follow up with leads
Coordinate with artists, venues, and organisers
Manage marketing initiatives and social media execution




Create and coordinate content across platforms
Conduct market and competitor research
Assist in planning and executing events
Coordinate with the product and design team when required
Help improve internal processes and documentation
Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely execution

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
