Role & Responsibilities:
Industries and dealers Division is at a nascent stage.
Selected person will Lead this business [mainly industrial / B2B (private sector) and some stock business] in Rajasthan – Bhiwadi, Bawal, Neemrana, Alwar, Jaipur, Bhilwara, Kota, Barmer etc key industrial clusters and surrounding industrial areas.
Reporting to relevant GM and Management Representative
Major determinants for Selection:
Relevance of client profile of the candidate
Experience with distributors / dealers for Industrial business
Direct sales experience with industries
Experience with industrial consultants, contractors
Effective negotiation and people skills
Attitude, zeal, proactiveness, sharp mind
Readiness for travel within the territory
Ability to speak freely and ask relevant questions
Availability of bike / car
