Job Title: Fundraising Executive – Field Work (Face-to-Face Fundraising)
Job Summary:
We are looking for passionate and self-motivated Fundraising Executives to represent our organization in the field. The role involves face-to-face interaction with the public to create awareness about our social initiatives and mobilize funds ethically to support our charitable programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct face-to-face fundraising activities in public places, residential areas, corporate zones, and events.
Educate potential donors about the organization’s mission, programs, and impact.
Build trust and long-term relationships with donors through effective communication.
Encourage one-time and regular donations while ensuring transparency and compliance.
Maintain accurate donor records and submit daily fundraising reports.
Meet assigned fundraising targets while upholding organizational values.
Coordinate with team leaders for daily briefings and field strategies.




Eligibility & Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any graduate.
Freshers are welcome; prior field sales or fundraising experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
Willingness to work outdoors and travel within assigned locations.
Ethical, disciplined, and target-driven approach.
