Role Description This is a full time, on-site Geologist role based in Gandhinagar. The Geologist will conduct field investigations, geological mapping, and core logging to support exploration and development projects.

Responsibilities include designing and supervising drilling programs, collecting and analyzing geological data, and integrating geophysical interpretations to refine resource models. The role involves preparing technical reports, contributing to resource estimation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, productive, and environmentally responsible operations. The Geologist will also assist in monitoring geological risks and advising on mine planning and project feasibility.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Field Work and Geological Mapping for exploration and site characterization.




Candidates should possess skills in Logging and Drilling supervision for core evaluation and resource assessment.
Candidates should possess skills in Geophysics for data interpretation and integration into geological models.
Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or higher degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in geological and geospatial software (e.g., GIS tools, modeling software) and basic data analysis.
Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to work safely in field environments, follow HSE guidelines, and adapt to changing site conditions.
Prior experience in mining or mineral exploration projects is an advantage.
