We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in company finance operations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial transactions, GST compliance, and vendor invoicing, ensuring smooth and accurate financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end GST compliance including filing, reconciliation, and documentation
Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments and accuracy
Manage day-to-day financial transactions and bookkeeping entries
Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end/year-end closing
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice/payment discrepancies
Assist in preparing MIS reports and basic financial statements
Support statutory audits and ensure compliance with company finance policies
What We're Looking For
1 - 2 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts, preferably in a company setup (not just consulting/audit firm)
Working knowledge of GST filing, invoicing, and vendor management
Proficiency in Tally/Excel or similar accounting software
Positive understanding of basic accounting principles
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines efficiently
Good communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
Additional certification in GST/Taxation is a plus
