Food Technologist – Production & Packaging

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Food Technologist to join our Production & Packaging team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring food processing activities, maintaining product quality, ensuring food safety standards, and supporting packaging operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily food processing and packaging activities.
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Monitor production processes to achieve consistent product quality.
Develop, standardize, and improve product formulations and recipes.
Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and company quality standards.
Monitor shelf life, storage conditions, and packaging quality.
Maintain production, quality, and batch records.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and QA teams.
Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
Support new product development and process improvement initiatives.





Desired Candidate Profile
B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Food Science, Dairy Technology, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in a Food Manufacturing or Food Processing industry.
Freshers with solid academic knowledge may also apply.
Positive understanding of FSSAI regulations, GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices.
Knowledge of food processing, packaging, and quality control.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
