Job Title: German Language Trainer (Offline)

Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

Employment Type: Contract (Initial 6 Months, extendable based on performance)

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced German Language Trainer to deliver high-quality classroom training to students. The ideal candidate should possess strong German language proficiency, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to helping learners achieve their language goals.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and interactive offline German language classes.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and classroom activities.
Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and regular evaluations.
Provide constructive feedback to support student improvement.
Develop students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Create a positive, motivating, and learner-focused classroom environment.
Ensure timely completion of the curriculum and maintain student attendance and progress records.

Required Qualifications




C1 German language certification is preferred.
B2-certified candidates with relevant teaching experience are also encouraged to apply.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a German Language Trainer or Instructor.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Ability to work effectively in an in office classroom setting.

Preferred Skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to simplify complex grammar concepts.
Experience preparing students for Goethe/TELC examinations is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital teaching tools.
