Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketing Executive. The role involves designing digital creatives for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, including banners, infographics, and promotional materials.

The team member will develop visual concepts aligned with the brand, create and refine logos, and maintain consistent branding across all platforms. Daily responsibilities include planning and posting social media content, collaborating with marketing and product teams on campaigns, and analyzing engagement to refine creative strategies.



The role also requires staying updated on design trends, commercial vehicle market context, and social media best practices to produce impactful, audience-focused visuals.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print marketing materials.
Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain a consistent brand identity.
Candidates should possess a solid grasp of Typography to ensure clear, visually appealing text in all designs.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar) and basic video or motion graphics skills is beneficial.
Experience managing social media content (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads), including post creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle multiple design and marketing projects simultaneously.
A portfolio demonstrating relevant graphic design and social media work; formal education in design, visual communication, or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
