Company Description Caforavibes (Cafora) is creating a new way to discover cafes based on vibe, mood, and real experiences rather than traditional ratings. The platform helps people avoid switching between multiple apps by simplifying the decision of where to go.

Whether someone is seeking a quiet place to work, a cozy spot for a date, or a lively hangout, Cafora aims to make finding the right cafe easier, faster, and more personal. The team is currently focused on Guwahati, with a vision to reshape how people discover places in cities everywhere. Cafora is preparing for launch and building its foundational team.

Role Description The Founding Intern will support early-stage product, operations, and community-building efforts as the team prepares for launch. Day-to-day tasks may include visiting and documenting local cafes in Guwahati, capturing and organizing information about vibes and experiences, and assisting with content creation for social media and the app.

The intern will help with on-the-ground user research, gathering feedback from local cafe-goers, and supporting partnerships or outreach with cafe owners.



This is an internship role, and it is an on-site position based in Guwahati, requiring regular in-person collaboration with the core team.

Qualifications
Solid interest in cafes, local culture, and discovering new places; curiosity about user behavior and experiences in physical spaces.
Comfort with on-the-ground work, including visiting locations, speaking with people, and capturing structured observations.
Basic skills in content creation (writing short descriptions, taking clear photos or videos) and familiarity with social media platforms.
Positive communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a small, fast-moving team environment.
Self-driven, organized, and able to manage time and tasks with minimal supervision.
Interest in startups and building products from the ground up; prior internship or project experience is a plus but not required.
Availability to work in office in Guwahati for the duration of the internship.
