Manage and process customer foreclosure requests for loan accounts.
Verify loan account details, outstanding amount, and foreclosure eligibility.
Coordinate with branches, operations, and credit teams for approvals.
Calculate foreclosure statements, charges, and settlement amounts.
Handle customer queries related to foreclosure and closure of loans.
Prepare MIS reports on foreclosure cases and trends.
Monitor and reduce early closures impacting portfolio yield.
Work closely with collection and credit teams for risk assessment.
