Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.

Ensure product quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

Monitor inventory of raw materials and report requirements.

Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean work setting.





Collaborate with design and quality control teams.

Must Have

Diploma/Degree in Wood Technology, Manufacturing, or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of experience in furniture production supervision.

Knowledge of machinery, materials, and carpentry techniques.

Solid problem-solving and team management skills.

Excellent time management and organizational skills. Nice to have Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices.

Experience with custom or modular furniture.

Basic understanding of CAD drawings and design specs.

Knowledge of furniture finishing techniques.
