Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Men's Hairdresser to provide skilled grooming services, including haircuts, hairstyling, beard grooming, hair treatments, and customer consultations. The ideal candidate should be up to date with the latest men's hairstyle trends and maintain high standards of hygiene and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Provide professional haircuts and hairstyling services for men.
Perform beard trimming, shaving, moustache styling, and grooming services.
Recommend suitable hairstyles based on face shape, hair type, and customer preferences.
Perform hair washing, blow drying, and basic hair treatments.
Offer hair coloring, highlights, and chemical treatments, if required.
Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools, equipment, and workstations.




Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Recommend and promote salon hair care products and grooming services.
Manage appointments efficiently and maintain service records.
Follow salon hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.

Required Skills
Expertise in men's haircuts, fades, beard styling, and grooming techniques.
Knowledge of current hairstyle trends and grooming products.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Ability to work in a quick-paced salon setting.

Preferred Experience
Experience in a men's salon, barber shop, or unisex salon.
Knowledge of advanced grooming techniques, hair treatments, and hair coloring.
Experience with premium grooming services and retail product sales is an added adv
