Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain painting robots for uninterrupted production.
Troubleshoot robot-related painting defects and implement corrective actions.
Ensure paint thickness (DFT) and colour values meet customer and supplier specifications.
Perform robot programming, teaching, and commissioning for current models.
Reduce robot breakdowns through preventive maintenance and effective troubleshooting.
Execute preventive maintenance activities as per OEM guidelines.
Standardize daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities.
Monitor and optimize paint consumption to reduce process costs.
Achieve First Time Through (FTT) targets for painting operations.
Maintain critical spare parts inventory for painting robots.




Coordinate daily team activities and support production requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S, and environmental practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, Kaizen, and energy-saving projects.
