Responsible for providing qualified hair care services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, treatments, and consultations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide haircuts, hair styling, blow-drying, and hair setting services
Perform hair coloring, highlighting, smoothening, keratin, rebonding, and other hair treatments
Recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care products based on client needs
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide qualified advice
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of workstations and tools
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
Assist in achieving salon service and retail sales targets

Skills Required:
Expertise in hair cutting, styling,



and hair treatments
Knowledge of hair coloring techniques and chemical services
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Good time management and teamwork skills

Qualification & Experience:
Certification or Diploma in Hair Styling / Cosmetology is preferred
2–5 years of experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon or beauty studio

Preferred Experience:
Experience with premium salons, luxury beauty brands, or unisex salons
Knowledge of international hair styling trends and premium hair care products

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
