Role & responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand store network through new store openings.
Identify and develop new market prospects and locations.
Drive franchisee profitability through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
Evaluate location and logistics feasibility for recent stores.
Recruit, onboard, and support franchisees.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth retail operations.
Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
Ensure brand consistency, SOP compliance, and robust franchisee relationships.
Monitor industry trends and recommend process improvements.
Lead, motivate, and develop team members through performance management and feedback.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 7 years of experience in field role with 2 years of experience in man management and 2 years of own brand store retail and franchisee handling experience.
Immediate to 1 month joiner.
