Job Summary

Drive franchise-related operations, sales and support within Franchisee Operations, strengthening the franchise networks performance and compliance. This role operates at the Entry-Level Executive level, under guidance from the reporting manager.

Key Responsibilities
Support/execute Franchisee Operations activities across assigned franchise centres
Track franchise performance, collections and operational compliance
Coordinate between HO and franchise centres for smooth operations
Support onboarding, training and issue resolution for franchise partners
Maintain accurate MIS on franchise performance for Franchisee Operations
Identify growth prospects and support expansion initiatives Required Skill Set




Relationship management with franchise partners
Commercial and negotiation acumen
Process and compliance orientation
Robust follow-up discipline
Comfort with CRM/franchise-management software
MS Excel/dashboard-based MIS reporting
Familiarity with digital communication tools for multi-centre coordination
