We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage our onboarding process. You will be the primary point of contact for recent hires, ensuring all administrative workflows—from offer letters to IT setup—are executed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Offer Letters: Generate, verify, and issue formal offer letters and employment contracts.
Onboarding: Guide new hires through document collection, verification, and background checks.
Employee Codes: Create and manage unique employee codes within the HRIS/payroll system.
IT Coordination: Coordinate with IT to set up official email IDs, hardware, and software access before day one.
Communication:
Serve as the go-to contact for new hires regarding their start dates and first-week schedules.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
Familiarity with HRIS software and Google Workspace/MS Office.
High attention to detail when handling sensitive data and contracts.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: ₹10,829.33 - ₹26,584.52 per month
