We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Executive to support the company's human resources and daily operational activities. The role involves recruitment coordination, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
Track attendance, leave records, and employee data
Support payroll inputs and employee verification processes
Manage HR databases, reports, and CRM updates
Handle office administration and daily operational tasks
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
Draft HR letters, offer letters, and employee communications




Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions
Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, operations, or administration
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Willingness to commute or relocate to Ramesh Nagar, Delhi

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
