Responsible for providing L1 hardware support and troubleshooting for data-center infrastructure, including servers, storage devices and networking equipment. The candidate will monitor hardware health and performance, respond to hardware incidents and service requests, diagnose issues and coordinate with vendors/OEM teams for resolution. The role also involves coordinating hardware replacement, warranty claims and AMC support.
The candidate will maintain hardware inventory, issue and resolution records, system configurations and support documentation. They will also assist with hardware audits and compliance requirements.
