Role & responsibilities

Wereseeking a quality engineer who is exceptionally organized, methodical qualified, with the experience necessary to take our products to the next level with respect to accuracy, security, and safety. He/she will be charged with developing a complete QA program that not only safeguards the quality of our products, but also fosters a “quality culture,” in which all employees become actively engaged in guaranteeing quality in both production and the finished product.

Job responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data; and making recommendations
Assistoperations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs
Brainstorms ideas to create solutions foridentifiedproblems
Analyse and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closurein accordance withcompany guidelines and external regulatory requirements
Monitor risk-management procedures,



andmaintainand analyse problem logs toidentifyand report recurring issues in product development
Provide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
Ensures products adhere to company and industry quality standards

Whatyou’llbring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Scienceor similar field or equivalent work experience.
Positive knowledge of functional testing techniques
5+ years ofprofessionalexperiencein ensuring quality ofweb/mobileapplicationsutilizingmodern development tools,frameworks,and bestpractices.
Excellentproficiencyin automation testing with solid knowledge of tools like Playwright/Cypress etc.
Ability to perform automated API/security testing.
Sound knowledge of database and query languages
Solid problem solving and analyticalskills.
Good knowledge ofJIRAincludingtest case management,execution, defect logging,monitoringetc.

Preferred qualifications:
Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructures like AWS, Azure,Dockeretc.
Understanding and familiarity of Agile/Scrummethodology
Knowledge in various CI/CD tools and methodologieslike Jenkins
