Role Description The Health Insurance Team Leader role is an on-site position based in Recent Delhi.

The Team

Leader oversees a team of health insurance advisors, sets daily targets, monitors performance, and provides coaching and support to ensure high-quality customer interactions.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through policy options, managing sales pipelines, resolving escalated queries, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The role also involves preparing regular reports, optimizing team processes,



and contributing to strategies that drive health insurance sales and customer retention.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance and Insurance knowledge relevant to health insurance products and personal finance.
Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills, including mentoring, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle queries, manage expectations, and build trust.
Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including negotiation, closing, and pipeline management in a target-driven workplace.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and team members.
Prior experience in health insurance or broader insurance sales, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Graduate degree in any discipline; a specialization in finance, business, or insurance is an advantage.
