Role & responsibilities
Driving industrialization and managing global complex programs.
Providing proven leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional communication.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving to achieve business objectives.
Driving program execution in line with QCD and Alstom processes.
Aware of complete SDLC
Preferred candidate profile
Engineering Degree ( IIT/NIT ) or Masters Degree (mandatory).
Proven experience in multinational settings and diverse business cultures.
15 to 20 years of successful experience in a leadership role, within industries such as Railway Signalling,Industrial Automation, or Aerospace.
Significant experience in handling global programs.
Knowledge of embedded technologies and HW/SW integrations.
Proficiency in automation using the latest technologies (e.g., Artificial Intelligence).
