About the Role

We are looking for a proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage both full-lifecycle recruitment and core HR operations. In this role, you will balance finding top talent with driving onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR support to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiations.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
Source talent via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
Maintain candidate data in the ATS and track key hiring metrics.

HR Operations & Employee Experience
Lead seamless onboarding, pre-joining formalities, and offboarding processes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and workplace guidelines.
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data.
Assist with policy drafting, compliance updates, and performance management cycles.




Drive employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and employer branding.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years in a combined Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with ATS platforms, HRIS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office.
Core Skills: Robust communication, time management, and a solid understanding of employment practices.

Preferred Qualifications
Qualified HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
Experience in a rapid-paced or high-growth company setting.
