Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Gardener to maintain and enhance the health, appearance, and cleanliness of gardens and landscaped areas. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plant care, irrigation, soil management, and general garden maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify different types of plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers and provide appropriate care.
Perform regular watering and manage irrigation systems efficiently.
Prepare soil for planting, including digging, mixing, and conditioning.
Apply fertilizers, compost, and other nutrients as required.
Trim, prune, and shape plants, hedges, and trees to maintain healthy growth.
Plant, transplant, and propagate flowers, shrubs, and trees.
Monitor plants for pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies, and take corrective action.
Remove weeds, dead plants, and garden waste to maintain cleanliness.
Maintain gardening tools and equipment in positive working condition.




Ensure the garden remains attractive, healthy, and well-maintained throughout the year.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
Experience: 5–6 years as a Gardener or in a similar role.
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Basic understanding of safety practices while using gardening tools and chemicals.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
