Job Title: Senior RPA Developer (Uipath)

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Guindy, Chennai

Roles & responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath, ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Document Understanding for end-to-end automation delivery.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and define optimal RPA solutions.
Develop and maintain automation workflows, reusable components, and BOT frameworks while following coding standards and best practices.
Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate to support enterprise workflow and business process automation initiatives.
Monitor, troubleshoot,



and optimize BOT performance in production settings, including exception handling, logging, and operational support.
Participate in solution architecture discussions, technical documentation, code reviews, and implementation of secure and scalable automation frameworks.
Experience with Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism will be considered an added advantage for supporting multi-platform automation environments.
UiPath certification is preferred, with robust knowledge of RPA lifecycle management, SDLC practices, and enterprise automation governance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, clients, and technical teams in a professional corporate workplace.
