We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Administration Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Handle payroll coordination and attendance management
Support performance management and employee evaluations
Address employee queries and maintain healthy workplace relations
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Organize training and development programs

Administration
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-maintained workplace
Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers
Handle facility management and maintenance coordination




Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
Ensure safety, security, and general administrative compliance
Support company events and internal meetings

Qualifications
MBA
5+ years of relevant experience in HR and administrative functions
Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Positive organizational and time management abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Multitasking skills with attention to detail
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
