Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Hi-Fi systems based on their listening preferences, space and budget.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain audio equipment, system matching and technical features in straightforward terms.
Prepare quotations, follow up with leads and support customers through the complete sales process.
Assist with system setup, installation coordination, troubleshooting and after-sales support.
