Role & responsibilities
Drive store sales by achieving monthly and annual revenue targets while ensuring high standards of customer service.
Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and housekeeping.
Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to improve productivity, customer engagement, and overall performance.
Ensure proper stock management by monitoring inventory levels, minimizing stock loss, and coordinating replenishment with the warehouse.
Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, billing procedures, cash management, and audit requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports while coordinating with Regional/HO teams for smooth store operations.
